Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I am very happy with the device, the store's attention is good and the product arrived before the estimated date, I personally ordered the simple package which only included the device and its charger without original box, The seller included me a case for the device and a screen saver a great detail of your part :).
