For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Boy, it's clear. The order is received before the deadline, everything is original from Insta. The packaging is not finished, each device is in its own original box, akkums in an additional plastic case. Now essentially. Charging takes place alternately, one battery in the hub. First, the indicator of the charging battery flashes orange, then starts to flash green when fully charged, the green indicator lights without flashing green, and then in turn. At the end of charging, all three indicators glow green. Used a fast charging unit from "Samsa". All good shopping.
These are 100% authentic Insta360 products. I was really skeptical when initially looking at these, but these are actually REAL. I saved $30+ ordering from here than compared to US Amazon. It seems original, unfortunately my camera has not yet arrived to prove it but I do not think it presents damage, it was very fast the shipment arrived 10 days earlier than estimated in about 10 days torales a chile (san antonio) it is declared as an accessory for 5usd so I do not think that there is a risk for payment of taxes

Ordered with 2 batteries for his camera. Came the originals. I checked the charger and batteries-everything works normally. However, I had to additionally buy a charging adapter for charging from an outlet. Another moment: I read the comments in which they wrote that the charger charges the batteries in series. I note that if you buy the most suitable adapter, the batteries will be charged in parallel. This moment is also indicated in the instructions. All good shopping.
Delivery was pretty fast. Items received in good condition. The batteries and charger are genuine. Everything seems to be working well. Less expensive than buying from local distributors.
