Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The packaging is acceptable, it came earlier than scheduled and that has been good. I see it brings a detail on the screen, manufacturing defect. I bought it to measure glucose but so far it has hit a 60% for type 1 diabetes in an 8-year-old. Is it intended only for adults? I appreciate this good idea of making non-invasive measurements, I hope improve the certainty by means of a firmware update
