A little bigger than I expected (I wanted something more discreet to wear on the daily work belt without looking like a "freak"). Still, it is comfortable to wear and will fulfill its function, although it will normally be on hand in the patrol car and I will take it to wear it on the belt in special performances or when I will move away from the vehicle). In the external pocket just take a CAT tourniquet. Be careful with the chest seal that only small models fit. The Swiss flag (not Red Cross) is hooked with velcro and we will see if it does not come off with use.
