Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Excellent supplier, messaged me to check my order was exactly what I wanted, which resulted in me making a change to the order and saving me some cash. Also checked with me about the customs statement. Outstanding supplier, you can be assured you will get the best service. One minor issue, the charger plug looks like a US plug which is not compatible with a UK mains socket. I can probably sort it with an adaptor. Otherwise everything is perfect, phone also comes with a screen protector already installed and protective silicon case in the box.

They loaded a global ROM that does not navigate or does not recognize the 5G network in Mexico, it scores 4.5 but when browsing is only H, I tried with several operators without success, I had to pay taxes of $980.00 in the post office, dry the latter is random, I will only consider it
Excellent store that I highly recommend. However, buyers have to be clearly aware that they buy a phone with CN Adaptor. I didn't get the EU Adaptor that I should have been expect. And I don't have any, which is a long term problem. The communication is excellent however, the seller always reply right away and this is, for sure, a very good thing! Thanks a lot.
Excellent store, I was afraid and it was the best and last purchase I made here, because now orders for Brazil above $50 will be too expensive, so unfortunately I will not buy more. But that was definitely my best buy. Customs took a long time to release but the vendor was attentive, quick and kind. I would buy again if it weren't for the taxes in Brazil. Best recommended top
