How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Showict (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://showict.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I'm genuinely impressed. I bought this on a whim, after I saw some good reviews, and expected a few games on an okay machine that has powerbank capabilities. but no, the emulation runs pretty smooth, speaker ain't too bad, controls feel nice, and it comes preloaded with way, way more games than expected. if you do order, check out the "folder" option. there's about 4000 more games in there that don't show up in the normal selection! some absolute classics in there too! they even sent a pack-in panda keychain and a handwritten note, which I appreciate alot. 100% worth the money. absolutely recommended.

1.2번 사진보고 인터넷에서 8-9만원에 파는 게 보이길래 서치해서 찾았어요. 똑같은 제품에 스꾸한 거임. 여기 판매자가 좋아보이길래 여기서 샀는데 조이스틱 커버 3개(하나 장착되어옴 검은색)에 컨트롤러, 연결선, 손편지, 키링주고 모르는 게 있어서 채팅으로 물어봤는데 매우 친절함. 6000기가고 배터리 한번은 충전할 정도 게임 오래했는데 배터리 잘 안다네요(폰이나 다른 거 충전할때는 좀 빨리 다는 편같음) 다음에 또 재구매 의사있어요. 2월 2일에 시켰는데 2월 7일에 도착. 2중 3중 포장으로 매우 꼼꼼하고 정말 추천합니다. 게임도 진짜 많아요. 평생 다 못할듯. 추가로 게임 넣는것도 가능하대요! 새로운 tf 카드 사서 넣는 것도 된다고 답변받았습니다~ After looking at the picture 1.2, I found it on the Internet for 67$, so I searched and found it. It's the same product. The seller here looked good so I bought it here and I have 3 joystick covers (one fitted black) with controller, connecting line, handwritten letter, keyring and something I don't know, so I asked via chat and it's very kind. I'm willing to buy it again next time. I ordered it on February 2nd, but it arrived on February 7th. It is very meticulous and highly recommended in double and triple packaging. There are so many games. I don't think I'll be able to play them all for the rest of my life.
Only actually suitable for GB and GBC games, all other games that require more buttons will have issues since whether or not you remap them the other buttons either do the wrong function or attempt to do two buttons at once. As a charger it is capable but does not have a great capacity, but it is all that I will use it for since games don't function well on it.
This is the best game device that augments all old games into a multi functional terminal. The game managing system is outstanding and the accessibility of games is at the industrial highest standard.

PROS: Love it the system has a search engine. and tons of games, if you want to find a certain game or coin op game games work lovely CONS: however there are some games missing the games show the names but the game itself is missing and will not start.
